50g of 100% Whey Protein Shake Hazelnut 50g of Protein Cream> Hazelnut 20g of chocolate chips 30g of oat flour 30g of hazelnuts 45g of milk or rice drink 10g of pasteurised egg white Sweetener (at will)
Instructions:
Chop the hazelnuts not too finely and combine all the ingredients, except for the milk, which you have to add in a thin stream. Knead until the mixture is smooth. Divide it into 10 balls, place them on a baking tray with baking paper and flatten them slightly. Bake for 12 minutes at 180° and wait for them to cool. You can store them for up to a week in a sealed tin.
